Nice restaurant and the food is very good. It is small but cozy. Parking can be hard to find. I will have to go again to try other dishes that looks super good too. The food tasty fresh.

This is going to be our new favorite spot! The food & service was phenomenal!! If you truly wanted to experience authentic Mexican cuisine, this would be the place and they are so welcoming and nice! The way they plate their dishes, you would think it's fine dining but the service is comparable to eating at your grandma's house! Absolutely love this place!

This is an awesome hidden gem! The best octopus I’ve tasted in this area. It’s tender, flavorful and grilled nicely. The lady in the store explained to us that they imported seafood from Mexico and really took pride in it. Highly recommend!! Also they’re planning to move to a different location in the near future, so Google their final address before you go!

I decided to give it a try because of the good reviews, and honestly, everything was great. I think the owner’s wife or owner herself was the one who helped me, very kind. The restaurant has excellent potential. The place itself doesn’t do justice to the food and its presentation. The dish left me very satisfied, good portions size at a reasonable price. It’s a hidden gem. I just hope the interior improves in appearance but other than that everything was very good. I loved the almond-crusted shrimp.

Excellent food. We loved the pulpo zarandeados (best grilled octopus in Houston that we had) and the ceviche atun (tuna ceviche). The fish quality was excellent. The shrimp cocktail was okay (a bit diluted and not as good as Mestizos), and the flan was not good (tasted more like a pudding) Come here for the ceviche and the zarandeodos. We will be revisiting this place for sure

Not a ton of parking but the prices are cheap. One of the best aguachilies in Houston, get the butterfly shrimp you get 12 jumbo and the sauces are crazy good. The garlic shrimp is amazing. The micheladas are all on point especially the shrimp one

Omg! The food was DELICIOUS. I'm an octopus connoisseur so I know what I'm talking about. The grilled octopus was so tender and flavorful. The taco beef skirt steak was also tender with lots of flavor. I'll be back with my family. The service was great and the place is cozy.
